Anant Ambani Performs 'Ganga Puja' At Haridwar, Radhika Merchant Joins In An Elegant Green Suit

The Ambani family is one of India's most influential business families, which has been not only known for its successful legacy but also for their deep-rooted faith in Indian culture. From celebrating festivals, following rituals at weddings to making frequent visits to religious shrines, they have often showcased how religion, culture and spirituality holds a deep significance in their lives. The legacy is being taken forward by the young generation of the family and Anant Ambani's recent trip to Haridwar with his wife, Radhika Merchant, brother, Akash Ambani and his wife, Shloka Mehta is another great example of it.

Anant Ambani visited Haridwar's popular Har Ki Pauri with his wife, Radhika Merchant on May 4, 2025. During later hours of the day, the couple was seen performing Ganga aarti and they participated in the holy rituals as directed by the purohits. Anant and Radhika both were surrounded by crowds of people who wanted to catch their glimpse. After the puja, Anant was also honoured by the purohits for promoting the Sanatan Dharma. Sharing their views on it, General Secretary of Ganga Sabha, Haridwar, Tanmay Vashisht told ANI:

"Anant Ambani was here with his wife and performed puja of Maa Ganga and sought blessings... Along with being an industrialist, he is a flag bearer of Sanatan. We also pray for his happy and healthy life and that he continues to grow in his area and work for society and religion…”

To match the purpose of the visit, Anant and Radhika ditched their glam style with a simple yet sophisticated look for the evening. The choti bahu of the Ambani clan looked gorgeous in a no makeup look with a serene cyan-green suit with long sleeves and intricate floral embroidery. She paired it with a matching dupatta and left her hair open. On the other hand, Anant wore a classic navy blue kurta with matching pants.

Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta also joined Anant and Radhika with their kids 

Anant and Radhika, who have always expressed their belief in family values, were joined by Akash Ambani and his wife, Shloka Mehta on the trip. Before the Ganga puja, Shloka and Akash paid their respects to the holy river with their kids, Prithvi and Veda. Moreover, they joined Anant and Radhika for another puja.

Anant Ambani is the youngest son of Indian businessman, Mukesh Ambani and his wife, Nita Ambani. He is the whole time director at Reliance Industries and is actively involved in running animal rescue and welfare activities. Anant also initiated the making of Vantara, a large scale, animal rescue, conservation and rehabilitation centre in Gujarat. He got married to Radhika Merchant, the youngest daughter of Viren Merchant in July 2024 in a grand three-day wedding celebration in Mumbai. It was attended by some of the biggest stars in India and abroad including Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and John Cena among others.
