Former Delhi CM, Arvind Kejriwal's Daughter, Harshita Ties Knot With IIT Partner, Sambhav Jain

Arvind Kejriwal, the former Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader, and his wife, Sunita Kejriwal, are on cloud nine. This is because their daughter, Harshita Kejriwal, got married to her IIT mate, Sambhav Jain, on April 18, 2025, at Kapurthala House, Delhi. It is the residence of the Maharaja of Kapurthala. The grand wedding was attended by Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann and former Deputy CM of Delhi, Manish Sisodia, to name a few.

For the unversed, it was on April 17, 2025, when Harshita's pre-wedding functions like mehendi took place at Delhi's 5-star Hotel, Shangri-La. The wedding that had a tight guest list took place at Kapurthala House in the presence of very selective family members from Harshita and Sambhav's families. Harshita, for her special day, looked ethereal in a red lehenga, which is a timeless colour. Her lehenga had simple golden work with a simple red-hued blouse that had three-quarter sleeves. Harshita completed her lehenga with a long-tailed veil that had gold work at the border for her special day.

Harshita complemented her bridal look with a simple white traditional neckpiece. She teamed it up with a matha patta, large nath, and red chooda and flaunted her golden-hued kaleeras. She was seen doing namaste to the guests with Samvbhav, who looked crisp in an off white hued sherwani, turban, and he completed his look with black sunglasses.

Arvind and Sunita have been the proudest parents seeing their daughter, Harshita, get married to the love of her life, Sambhav. Private pictures from the wedding ceremony have gone viral on social media, and Arvind could be seen in a white sherwani while Sunita wore a pink saree with a kamarbandh, a set of pink choodis, hair tied in a bun with a pair of simple earrings. Reportedly, Harshita and Sambhav together had started a startup a few months back. Harshita's brother, Pulkit, also studies at IIT Delhi, and according to a Times Of India report, he too had scored 96% in class 12 CBSE exams and cracked the IIT-JEE to get admission to IIT Delhi.

The pre-wedding festivities of Harshita took place on April 17, 2025. Arvind and his wife, Sunita, were seen dancing on Angaaron Ka Ambar Sa Lagta Hai Mera Saami from Allu Arjun and Rashmiika Mandanna's hit film, Pushpa. The former CM was seen in a never-seen-before avatar and was holding Sunita's hands. The cute chemistry between the pair on the stage was unmissable.

Harshita and Sambhav met at IIT Delhi. Harshita has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the prestigious IIT Delhi, and it was in her college that she met Sambhav. After graduating in 2018, she worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Gurugram. She, along with Sambhav, has founded Basil Health that revolves around using automation to give healthy, customised meals to the customers. The idea had come to Harshita's mind when she was into unhealthy bingeing when she worked as a consultant. On April 20, 2025, the couple is set to hold a reception for a set.
