Ashish Chanchlani Reveals He Could NEVER Date Ellie AvrRam, Says, 'Mujhe Pagal Kutte Ne Nahi Kata..'

However, now the actor-influencer has dismissed all rumours stating he could never date Elli.

Ashish Chanchlani and Elli AvrRam left everyone wondering if they are in a relationship when the former shared a post of the duo on July 12, 2025. It was later revealed that they are not in a relationship and were only promoting their recently released music video, Chandaniya. However, the amount of well wishes the duo got made them realise how invested their fans were. Therefore, following the release, Ashish and Elli did an Instagram live and apologised to their fans. While Ashish thanked their fans for the love, Elli stated:

"And to all the congratulatory messages. It actually felt really good to see all those sweet messages."

Ashish Chanchlani further revealed that Elli AvrRam's parents were aware of the truth about the music video. However, many people congratulated them. Elli revealed that she didn't know how to take the reactions and clarified that they are not dating. Ashish, on the other hand, joked that Elli is 'extremely difficult' and stated:

"I can never date this person. Mujhe pagal kutte ne nahi kata hai."

In the same conversation, Elli AvrRam explained that the post wasn't meant as a prank. She added that the caption 'finally' referred to the release of their song, Chandaniya. However, how the people deciphered it was beyond their control. Ashish also added that once the post blew up, media houses picked it up. He added that it was after that they decided to make it a prank, but seeing the audience's response, they knew it was time for them to end it. He was quoted as saying:

"It blew up once media houses picked it up. My original thought was, 'Let's prank,' because my followers are accustomed to my jokes. However, we didn't expect it to become this large. It took us two days to realise how far it had gone. My mom's friend even called to say, 'Don't send sweets, I'm not at home.' That's when we knew we had to burst the bubble."
