South actor, Bala has tied the knot yet again, and this time it is with his own relative. This will be the Lucifer star's third marriage, and his bride is his own cousin, Kokila. The news was met with widespread criticism, especially given the tumultuous end to his first marriage. Well, while speaking to the press, Bala opened up about his thoughts on the flak he received.
While speaking to the press, Bala expressed his opinion on those who were criticising his decision to get married for the third time. The actor simply stated that their hate came from a place of 'jealousy' because they themselves couldn't 'get girls.' Bala said:

"We will have a baby soon, we have a good married life. I will live like a king and she is my queen. If anyone feels jealous about this, it's their fault. Those feeling jealous don't have a car in their house and can't get girls. They point out that I married four times. They find fault with everything."
During the same conversation with the press, Bala revealed when he realised how much Kokila loved him. According to him, it was when he read the poems she wrote for him that he found out how deep her feelings were. During the same conversation, Bala's cousin and new wife, Kokila reportedly said:
"Mama was alone so far, but I am with him now. Mama used to help everyone from a young age, it's why I fell in love with him."
For the unversed, Bala has already been married twice, and the actor is on bad terms with at least one of his ex-wives. Bala divorced his first ex-wife and singer, Amrutha Suresh, and recently the latter had filed a police complaint against the actor. She alleged that Bala was defaming her via social media and causing their daughter 'emotional harm.' In her words:
"He is constantly disturbing me and my 12-year-old daughter, even giving paid online interviews about us."
Bala claimed that Amrutha was preventing him from seeing their daughter. However, their daughter came forward with a social media video to express her agreement with her mother. In it, she confirmed that Bala had indeed been causing her emotional distress. Nevertheless, he received conditional bail.
