'BB19' Amaal Mallik's Father, Daboo Malik In Tears Amid Farrhana Bhatt Feud, 'Apni Zabaan Ko...'

The Bigg Boss 19 contestants have already completed more than half of their journey on the reality show. Having stayed locked inside a house for over five weeks, they have naturally gotten closer to some and developed an intense dislike for others. The Bigg Boss house sees a fight or two almost every day, but things went out of hand on October 16, 2025, when Amaal Mallik used some derogatory terms for Farrhana Bhatt and even abused her mother. Such issues usually get addressed by Salman Khan on the Weekend ka Vaar episodes, but this time, due to the gravity of the issue, Amaal's father, Daboo Malik, will appear to school his son himself.

Amaal Mallik's father cries at BB19, asks son not to cross the line during verbal fights

Amaal Mallik's father, Daboo Malik, is confirmed to make a guest appearance in the October 18, 2025, episode of Bigg Boss season 19. He will share the stage with host, Salman Khan, when the Amaal vs Farrhana feud will be addressed. The music composer asked his son, Amaal to make better choices of words and not go below the belt. Both Daboo Malik and Salman Khan rebuked him for the kind of attitude he showed towards Farrhana. Amaal tried to clarify by saying he said those words in the heat of the moment when he got triggered by Farrhana's actions, but his father felt Amaal should've had control over his emotions.

Daboo Malik broke down in tears as he asked Amaal not to do things that would allow netizens to blame Daboo for not teaching his son well. Daboo said he had come to the BB19 set to make his son realise his mistake. Daboo warned him never to drag family into verbal fights, as it went against his family's upbringing and legacy. Amaal's father said that Amaal was free to play the game, but not to lose his dignity in the process. Dabbo can be heard in the BB19 promo as saying:

"Main baap hoon, aur main kehne aaya hoon ki tu lad-jhagad lekin apni zabaan ko under the belt mat jaane de beta. Mere maathe pe mat likh de...ki tu iss tarah se behave karega."

Why did Amaal Mallik abuse Farrhana Bhatt with derogatory terms?

Amaal was against an alleged heartless move made by Farrhana during a recent captaincy task, leading to a heated war of words and more. In the task, the contestants were given a chance to receive letters from their families. During one round, Farrhana had the power to secure her position in the captaincy race by shredding a letter meant for Neelam Giri, or choose to give Neelam the letter and be out of the race. Farrhana chose the former, leaving Neelam heartbroken and crying inconsolably.

After the task, a visibly furious Amaal confronted Farrhana while she was eating. When she ignored him, he snatched her food plate, threw it across the room, and broke it. The fight escalated as both contestants hurled insults at each other. After Farrhana called Amaal a 'B-grade person', Amaal retaliated with obscene remarks that targeted both Farrhana and her mother. He went as far as to say that Farrhana would not be hired anywhere, not even in the p*rn industry.

Amaal later apologised to Farrhana after requests from his friend in the show, Shehbaz Badesha. The entire incident was widely condemned by other housemates and criticised by viewers online. Even Salman Khan slammed him, asking who gave him the right to snatch someone's food. Amaal might or might not have realised how escalated the matter got until his father shed tears and warned him to control his aggressive side. During that time, Amaal broke down as well and said sorry to his father with folded hands.
