Bipasha Basu Shares Fiery Post On 'Toxic People' And 'Blame Shifting' After Mika Singh Slammed Her

Bipasha Basu charmed audiences in the 2000s with her beauty, grace, dance moves and impressive acting. Also known as the 'Dusky Diva' of Bollywood, she won the hearts of fans with her performance in films like Raaz, No Entry, Corporate, Race, Bachna Ae Haseeno, and more. After embracing motherhood, the actress isn't seen on the big screen. However, recently, she made it to the headlines when Mika Singh alleged that she is 'out of work' due to her irresponsible work ethic. Now, Bipasha shared a cryptic post that could be a possible reaction to the allegations. 

Bipasha Basu shares cryptic post on 'toxic people' and 'blame shifting' 

In a recent interview, Mika Singh made some serious allegations against Bipasha Basu and her husband, Karan Singh Grover. The couple has not reacted to it, but the singer's statement is going viral. Amid this, the Dhoom 2 actress took to her Instagram handle a while ago and shared a fiery post. Without naming anyone, she shared that toxic people cause chaos and put blame on others. It read:

"Toxic people create chaos, point fingers, shift blame and avoid taking responsibility."

Apart from the timing of the post, Bipasha's caption with the post that stated one must stay away from toxicity and negative people became a highlight. Consequently, fans believed the post was indirectly replying to Mika Singh's statements. She penned: 

"Stay away from toxicity and negativity. God Bless All. Dugga Dugga."

Mika Singh claimed Bipasha and Karan are 'out of work' for their unprofessional behaviour 

Mika Singh recently sat down for an interview with Pinkvilla, where he was asked about his previous allegations of poor work experience with Bipasha Basu and Karan. For those unaware, the Aaj Ki Party singer produced a series, Dangerous, that starred the couple. He mentioned that Karan and Bipasha don't have much work because they allegedly caused him a lot of trouble during their shoot for his project. In his words: 

"Why do you think they're out of work now? God is watching everything."

The singer explained that he liked Karan from a long time. So, when he decided to produce a series on a small budget of Rs. 4 crore, Mika approached the actor to cast him, and Bipasha agreed to come along for the same price. He asked Vikram Bhatt to write a script for him and brought in Bhushan Patel to direct it, who had previously helmed Alone, starring the couple. Mika claimed that the actress made the work difficult for everyone. He feels they do this with small productions but would be happy and accommodating with big production houses. In his words: 

"The drama created by Bipasha ensured that I would always regret getting into production. It was a team she was comfortable with, and they were playing a couple who had to feature in kissing scenes. Suddenly, she was throwing tantrums, saying she won't do this or she won't do that, etc."
