Bobby Darling Seen Struggling To Walk, Recent Appearance Raises Concerns As She Looks Unrecognisable

Pakhi Sharma, a.k.a Bobby Darling, was a household name as the pioneering transgener actress represented in mainstream media. Along with being featured in many comedy films, she was also a reality TV star and made cameos in many popular TV serials due to her popularity. However, the actress has found it difficult to get work in recent times. For nearly a decade, Bobby has not appeared on screens. Her recent appearance has also raised concerns among fans about her health. 

Bobby Darling was seen struggling to walk in a recent appearance

Bobby Darling was spotted by a paparazzi while walking around a garden in Mumbai on October 4, 2025. The actress praised the landscape. However, Bobby's clear struggle to walk prompted the pap to ask her what happened with her leg. To this, the actress replied:

“Problem ho gayi thi, ab theek hai. Thoda sa problem tha, ho jaayega."

Despite Bobby's reassurance that everything was fine, the video has raised numerous concerns regarding her health. Along with her difficulty in walking, the actress looked unrecognisable. As a pop-culture icon of the early 2000s, the current situation of Bobby has struck an emotional chord with her fans and they took to their social media to express their concern. 

Netizens are concerned over Bobby Darling's health

In the comment section of the video shared by Instant Bollywood on Instagram, netizens expressed their worry over Bobby Darling's health. One Insta user wrote, "Omg what happened to her ?? I hope she is fine and healthy". Another concerned fan commented, "Wish her speedy recovery ... may god bless you with strength and happiness." A third user wrote, "It's so heartbreaking to see her in such a state....but She is Positive she will Heal soon." Another Insta user stated, "Why don’t this successful Bollywood industry start a “bollywood NGo “… which can help such retaired celebrity … just to survive."

When Bobby Darling revealed that her former close friend, John Abraham doesn't talk to her anymore

Bobby, in an interview with Bollywood Thikana, said that John Abraham is very humble and down to earth, but he doesn't talk to her anymore. Bobby also stated that she was very hurt when John did not reply to her text that she had sent him nearly two years ago, telling him that she wished to meet him. The actor had not even acknowledged her text, Bobby said. Talking about drifting away from John, the actress said:

"We also used to go to movies often. That time has passed. But what hurt me the most was when I texted him a year or two ago saying I wished to meet him, he didn’t even reply. How can someone be so rude? He could have at least acknowledged the text. You interact even with rickshaw pullers… but when an old friend, who once supported you, reaches out, you should at least send a reply. Even if it’s just, ‘I’m busy, we’ll meet some other time’, do send it."
