Indian weddings are a mix of trends and traditions. Nowadays, brides love investing their money in pretty outfits and exotic locations to make their wedding day memorable. While we have often seen couples trying to make their wedding a hit, some opt for intimate weddings that radiate love. Recently, we stumbled upon a couple, who got married at the wedding location of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati.
Tiryuginarayan temple is located in the village of Triyuginarayan in Rudraprayag district, Uttrakhand. It is said that this was the place wherein Lord Shiva got married to Goddess Parvati in the presence of Lord Vishnu. It is the same place that witnessed the union of Shiv and Parvati during the Satya Yug. According to people, Shiva and Paravati took pheras in the presence of the holy fire that still burns in front of the temple in a hawan kund.

It is also believed that Lord Vishnu formalised the wedding and acted as Parvati's brother in the ceremonies. The place is popular for people to get married.
It might look strange, but a couple got married at the Triyuginarayan temple, in front of the sacred holy fire. Yes, the bride of the week, Aditi Kant and her groom, Aditya Bansal got married at the famous temple. For the ceremony, the bride picked a gorgeous pastel pink lehenga with scallop detailing at the hem. She styled her look with a floral choli, and a matching dupatta, which was pinned over her shoulder.
