Couple has a dreamy wedding at a palace with a Bollywood connection

Long-time lovers, Aakash Anam and Aashid Patel did not just tie the knot - they manifested a royal wedding in the most iconic way possible! The couple chose one of the most exquisite locations in India, the iconic Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, for their big day. Yes, we are talking about the same regal venue where Bollywood's Desi girl, Priyanka Chopra tied the knot with Nick Jonas. The royal venue, together with mesmerising stage performances, and night sky lit up with dazzling fireworks, Akash and Aashid’s wedding was the epitome of grandiose. Now, the internet can't stop swooning over this beautiful couple.

When love lit up the sky

Recently, we stumbled upon a video shared by the wedding content creators’ page, SaadiBTS, where the beautiful couple, Aakash Anam and Aashid Patel, were captured having the moment of their lives, celebrating their love in a larger-than-life celebration. The video captured breathtaking visuals of the couple's nuptials. The night was illuminated with dazzling fireworks, vibrant stage performances, and an electrifying atmosphere. The newlyweds, dressed in traditional wedding attire, stood on an elegantly decorated stage, with a backdrop of golden lights and bursts of fireworks — symbolising their love that quite literally lit up the sky.

For their grand wedding, the bride, Aashid, dazzled in a stunning red lehenga ensemble and was royally dolled up by popular fashion designer, Dolly Jain. Upon checking out her social media profile, we came across even dreamier stills from her D-day, looking every bit the royal bride in a heavily embroidered red lehenga with intricate gold detailing and embellishments.

Aashid’s matching blouse was also adorned with elaborate gold embroidery, complementing the lehenga beautifully. A red dupatta with gold embroidery and sparkling embellishments was draped over the bride’s head, along with a train that glided behind her as she walked down the aisle. Her regal ensemble was accessorised with traditional bridal jewellery, including an ornate kundan necklace, matching earrings, multi-layered kundan maang teeka, bangles, and haath phool.

The groom, Akash, beautifully complemented his bride, opting for an off-white or beige sherwani with detailed gold embroidery. His outfit was complemented by a matching pagdi with kalgi, a golden stole with gold zari borders draped over his shoulders, and a multi-layered necklace.
