Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, who are profoundly called by their fans as 'Deepveer' had gotten married on November 14 and 15, 2018, and since then the couple is often busy travelling and shooting. This halt has given the couple some real time to spend together and they are making the most of it. Deepika and Ranveer have made sure that they stay active on their respective Instagram handles, and connect with their fans, sharing some snippets from their life. The couple is often seen posting their workout videos or photos or how they both are spending time together. Recently in a Hangout interview with journalist Rajeev Masand, Deepika had talked about how husband, Ranveer is the easiest person to live with during this Coronavirus lockdown.
Deepika Padukone was asked about her daily routine with husband Ranveer Singh, to which she had said, “I have to say, he’s the easiest person to live with in this scenario. He’s sleeping for about 20 hours, which really allows me time to do things that I want to do.” She had further added, “For the four hours that he’s awake, we’re either watching a movie, eating, exercising. He’s a real joy to be with at this time. No demands, no hassles, he’s very easy.” (You May Also Read: Kunal Kemmu Turns Photographer For Wife, Soha Ali Khan, Calls Her His 'Favourite Subject')
The actress had also talked about her wish to learn Indian cooking, and had said, “He never goes to the kitchen. I’m really good at western cooking and Italian and continental. I’ve always been scared of the cooker though. I want to learn Indian cooking in this time. I want to learn the difference between dhaniya, pudina and besan and atta.”
As entire B-town is currently posting their workout from home videos on their respective social media handles, including Deepveer, Deepika’s first director, Farah Khan had taken to her Instagram handle asking people to stop sharing their exercise videos, as there are bigger problems in the world at present. Farah had said, “Stop making your workout videos and bombarding us with it. I can understand that you all are privileged and you do not have any other worries in this global pandemic except for looking after your figures. But some of us, most of us, have bigger concerns during this crisis. Toh please humare upar reham kijiye aur aapke workout videos bandh kar dijiye (So please have mercy on us and stop your workout videos). And if you can’t stop, then please don’t feel bad if I unfollow you.” Check the video below.

When asked about the same, Deepika had defended putting up exercise videos on social media, and had said, “I know a lot of people have a problem with exercise videos that are going up,but to be honest, putting up exercise videos -- rather, exercising, not putting up videos -- it’s more about how you feel. It’s not really about how you look.” The actress had further added, “It really keeps Ranveer and me going. It really gets us through the day.”
Deepika also talked about the seriousness of the problem that the world is dealing with at the moment, and had said, “Of course it’s serious, we’re all grown up enough and intelligent enough to understand what to do to prevent it, but you’ve also got to get through the day. It’s not one day, it’s not one week. It’s 21 days. A lot of people don’t realise the emotional impact it has on a lot of people.” The actress had further said that’s now it’s all about “focussing on things that bring joy, and positivity and wellness, and that’s different things for different people.” (Recommended Read: Akshay Kumar Takes His Wife, Twinkle Khanna To A Hospital As She Gets Injured, Video Inside)
