Kusha Kapila and Zorawar Singh ended their marriage in 2023 after being married for almost six years. While the influencer didn't go into details of her separation, it has been evident that they have had some hot and cold feelings towards each other. Amid that, a video has surfaced online, where Zorawar can be seen taking a dig at the use of ozempic in Bollywood, while also hinting that his ex-wife, Kusha might have also used the drug for her transformation.
Zorawar Singh took to his Instagram handle on April 22, 2025 and dropped a satirical video on the use of ozempic for weight loss. The video, set in a parking lot, showed Zorawar sneaking into a car to meet a dealer named, 'Guddu Chemical'. Further in the video, when Zorawar asked the man about the quality of his product, the latter hands him his phone, with alleged pictures of his clients.
While the video seemed completely unrelated to Kusha Kapila at the beginning, it was when the influencer, Zorawar, scrolls to a picture and is heard saying, 'Iskey saath toh main...' that catches our attention. The dealer, 'Guddu', responds to Zorawar and says, 'Haan akkhi duniya ko pata hai.' While Zorawar didn't name anyone, the small snippet in the video led netizens to wonder, if Zorawar was referring to his ex-wife, Kusha.
Soon enough, netizens have started taking to the comment section to share their opinions on the indirect dig. A user penned, "Iske saath toh main was fire." Another wrote, "Oh God! The trolling. Epic." A comment read, "Bhai ki ex ne bhi liya hai." A user stated, "Karan Johar - 'Yaar Zorawar, tune Guddu Chemical ko expose kar diya.'" A commenter said, "We saw what you did there." While a user pointed, "Bro is dropping bombs."
It was in 2023, when Kusha Kapila amazed her followers by her transformation. Even then, some netizens had wondered if her weight loss was a result of using Ozempic. However, Kusha had denied all such claims. Responding to a commenter asking about her weight loss a year later in 2024, Kusha had stated:

"Acha so it's totally assumption. Cool. So without shame and full honesty, it's not ozempic. It's consistent workout and clean eating. Hope that answers your question."
Apart from Kusha Kapila; Karan Johar, Ram Kapoor and Kapil Sharma have also been alleged to use Ozempic for their weight loss. However, the question remains: what is Ozempic? For the unversed, Ozempic is a drug used to treat diabetes. However, these days, it has gained attention as many celebrities and social media influencers have started taking it to lose weight in short time duration. According to research, Ozempic reduces appetite, allowing you to eat less while still feeling full. However, this drug also has some side effects like constipation, diarrhoea and can have some serious side effects if used for a prolonged period.
