Did 'Sikandar' Producer's Wife, Warda Nadiadwala Abuse Trolls Of The Film? 'Tera Baap...'

Salman Khan is a prominent film star in India who has won hearts for the past 30 years in the Hindi film industry. The superstar recently made a comeback on the big screen after more than one year with his highly-awaited film, Sikandar. But, rather than proving to be a successful Eid release for Bollywood's bhaijaan, the film has received massive backlash for its plot, scripting, music and acting performances. Amid the storm of reactions, Salman and the film's team have been silent. But, recently, netizens claimed that the film's producer, Sajid Nadiadwala's wife, has strongly reacted to the criticism with abusive language. Here's what happened. 

Did Sajid Nadiadwala's wife, Warda abuse the trolls of Sikandar? 

On April 2, 2025, Sikandar Producer, Sajid Nadiadwala's wife, Warda Nadiadwala, took to her X handle and re-shared some positive reviews of the film and impressive collection figures on her handle. She particularly praised the posts where some netizens praised Sajid's work and the film. However, one of her replies to another user caught the attention of netizens, where a person took a dig at her and asked her to show positive tweets she shared to Salmam and claim that the movie was a blockbuster. He also called her an illiterate women, which she simply replied by writing; 

"Get well soon!!!" 

However, a controversy broke the headlines when a social media user shared some screenshots of Warda's account using abusive language to reply to the trolls of the film. The user claimed that Warda used profane language to defend the film rather than accepting its poor performance. Sharing the screenshots, he penned: 

"This type of language is unexpected coming from you. Mam, At least u should come forward & accept d failure. Paid reviews & all hv never been associated with Salman, sir. Ups & downs keep happening in d industry, but what's the harm in coming forward & accepting the verdict?"

Other netizens were shocked by the same and expressed the same in the comments section of the posts. But those tweets seen in the X user's screenshot are not seen in Warda's profile anymore, making some netizens believe they might be fake or AI-generated. On the other hand, others believed it and, in turn, trolled Warda Nadiadwala. 

Sikandar fails to make an impact at the box office 

Salman Khan's Eid releases have often earned impressive figures at the box office, and something similar was expected with Sikandar. But, the film failed to do so despite opening at Rs. 26 crore. The film has made a total collection of approximately Rs. 84.25 crore, which is competitively less than other films of the superstar. It's moving at a slow pace towards the Rs. 100 crore mark. In addition, netizens have been sharing negative reviews of the movie, and the bad word-of-mouth has been reflected in its declining box-office collection.

Sajid Nadidwala's Sikandar is directed by popular filmmaker, A.R. Murugadoss in his first collaboration with Salman Khan. The film also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Suneil Shetty, Sathyaraj, Prateik Babbar and Sharman Joshi in key roles. The film released on March 30, 2025, on the occasion of Eid and clashed with Vicky Kaushal's Chhaava and Mohanlal's L2 Empuraan at the box office.
