Druski Faces Court Hearing In Sean 'Diddy' Combs Civil Lawsuit Alleging Assault And RICO Violations

A federal civil lawsuit involving musician, Sean 'Diddy' Combs, comedian, Drew Desbordes, also known as Druski, and NFL star, Odell Beckham Jr., is retaking the centre stage. Ashley Parham had originally filed the case, and it accuses the men of s**ual assault, trafficking, and organised criminal activity under the RICO Act. The case will now see a new progression with the latest hearing set for July 11, 2025.

Hearing to address Drew Desborders a.k.a Druski's involvement is set for the Ashley Parham, Sean 'Diddy' Combs case

Judge, Rita F. Lin has ordered a video conference hearing for 3:30 PM PST on Friday, July 11, 2025. This hearing will address motions filed by Druski's legal team. According to the court documents, the judge will hear arguments and may rule on Druski's potential dismissal from the case, following claims that he wasn't in California during the alleged assault.

The lawsuit stems from an alleged incident that took place in March 2018, where the plaintiff, Ashley Parham, had claimed that she was drugged, kidnapped, and gang-r**ed at a house which is believed to be owned by Sean Combs in Orinda, California. The amended lawsuit accused four more men, including Sean Combs, for orchestrating and participating in a violent s**ual assault, as reported by Page Six.

Initially, when the case was filed in October 2023, the lawsuit was just named against Sean Combs. On March 7, 2025, the lawsuit was amended by Ashley Parham to include comedian Druski and NFL wide receiver, Odell Beckham Jr., along with two more men, John and Jane Does. Each one of them was accused of playing a role in the alleged assault, also with claims of sexual violence, intimidation, and participation in broader criminal patterns.

 All three men, Sean Combs, Druski, and Odell Beckham Jr., have denied the allegations. A representative for Combs had called the accusations 'unfounded' and claimed they had already been dismissed by the Contra Costa Sheriff's Office in 2018. Druski had stated that he was not in California at the time and provided evidence that he was in Georgia during the alleged incident. Beckham Jr. also denied knowing the plaintiff, as per the report by SAN.

As of now, Druski's legal team has submitted documents, which include his phone records and financial statements. These documents are submitted to support his alibi, which states that he was in Georgia during the incident. Judge Lin, who is presiding over the case, has acknowledged this evidence and may issue a decision after the July 11, 2025 hearing.
