For the unversed, at one point of time during his break from films, a leaked picture of the actor created stir on the internet, as he appeared to put on quite a lot of weight, and looked almost unrecognizable. However, by 2021, his visible change in physique, returning to his macho self, stunned everyone, making them curious about his weightloss. Speaking about the same to the leading daily, Fardeen had remarked:
“Physical health can definitely affect your mental health. When you are a parent, keeping up with your kids becomes a challenge if you are not in the best of your shape. My daughter enjoys skating, cycling, and my son runs around in the park. As a father you want to go hiking with them, you want to introduce them to the sports you played. Now, that's part of the job of being a parent. This made me realise of the importance of being fit.”
