In a piece of heartbreaking news, the actress from the film, Dear Zindagi, Farida Patel Venkat, shared with the world that her 26-year-old son, Anshu Venkat, has been missing since September 28, 2025, from his home in Grant Road East. The actress, a week ago, took to her Instagram to write that Anshu had left the house in Grant Road (E) around 4:00 am on Sunday, 28th September 2025, and has not returned home since. Now, a while back, she gave a latest update related to the whereabouts of Anshu.

Earlier, Farida had taken to her Instagram handle to write that her son was last seen at Rusi Mehta Chawk (Grant Road East) on September 30th, around 5 pm. A while back, she took to her social media handle to thank the extensive and untiring efforts of the Mumbai Police and a few good Samaritans who had seen her post and came ahead to help the actress. The actress got a new update on the whereabouts of her son and shared that he was seen on October 7th around 8:30 PM in Kurla West. Her pleading note read:

"We’re still actively trying to find him and would deeply appreciate any leads or resources that could help us. If you see him please stay with him and call us immediately. If you have any information about him, please call 9820902828. Appreciate your help and support. Thank you."

Farida, who is in a state of shock as a mother, mustered the courage to thank everyone who reposted her posts and stories that helped her get so far. She requested fans to repost as much as they can and help her find Anshu. Farida, for the unversed, is a Bollywood as well as a TV actress. Born in Mumbai, she has been best known for Tu Bhi Mohabbat, Hichki, Barot House, Naagin, Moksh, Dobaaraa, Plan A, Plan B, Faltu, War, to name a few.

For the unversed, according to Anshu's Instagram handle, he is a drummer and also a music producer.
