Govinda Reveals He Has Forgiven His Wife, Sunita Ahuja For Her Mistakes, 'Koi Alag Nahi Kar Sakta..'

Govinda and Sunita Ahuja are one of the most talked-about couples in Bollywood. Weeks ago, the duo found themselves in the middle of a controversy as multiple reports suggested that they are getting divorced. However, the couple stood strong against all odds. Recently, during an appearance on the talk show, Two Much With Kajol and Twinkle, Govinda opened up about his wife, Sunita Ahuja and called her a child. 

Govinda reveals that he has forgiven Sunita Ahuja for all of her mistakes

In the upcoming episode of Two Much With Kajol And Twinkle, which will premiere on October 16, 2025, Govinda and Chunky Panday would appear as guests. A report by Indian Express has shared that, during the appearance on the talk show, Govinda opened up about his wife, Sunita Ahuja and shared that she is a child by heart. He also mentioned that their children also consider Sunita a child. He had shared:

"She is a child herself. My children handle my wife as if she’s a child. Sunita is like a kid, but the responsibilities that she was given, she could manage our household only because she is what she is. She is an honest child. Her words are never wrong. It is just that she says things that she shouldn’t. The problem with men is that they can’t think on those lines. I always believe that man runs the house but women run the whole world."

He continued to add that since Sunita is like a child, she makes several mistakes, but Govinda and his entire family forgives her. The Hero no. 1 actor shared that after a mother, a man relies on his wife, because of which their behaviour also changes. He shared:

"She has herself made so many mistakes… I have forgiven her and the entire family so many times. Sometimes, according to me, we rely too much on them. Specially if your mother is not with you, so you rely too much on your wife. And as time passes, she starts scolding you like a mother, she explains also like a mother. They don’t realise it, but we see it. We can see how they have changed now and how they were when they were young."

Govinda addresses divorce rumours with Sunita Ahuja

During the same candid conversation on the show, Two Much With Kajol And Twinkle, Govinda also spoke about the divorce rumours, which surfaced during August 2025. While talking about the same, he revealed that he and Sunita are very close now and there is no one in the entire universe that can separate them from each other. He had said:

"Aaj itna close, close… agar kuch hota toh hum itne nazdeek hotey? Humaari dooriyan hoti! Koi hum dono ko alag nahi kar sakta hain, chahe upar se koi aa jaaye bhagwan aa jaaye, koi shaitaan aa jaaye. Koi nahi alag kar sakta hai."
