As per several reports, Saba Qamar had been in three relationships prior to this. Firstly, she was romantically involved with a businessman named Dino for eight years. In 2020, the actress revealed in an episode of The Chay Show, which was released on Saba’s YouTube channel, the real reason behind the split from her first love. She said:
“Bachpan se hi hum ladkiyon ko sikhaya jata hai ki marr jana par zindagi mein sab se pehla jo mard aaye saari zindagi uske saath guzaar dena. Isi ek jumle ne meri zindagi ke aath (8) saal barbaad kar diye. Ek chamatkaar meri zindagi mein aaya jo bilkul, jhooth bolna, badtameezi karna, maarna aur baad mein maafi maang lena unki aadat mein shaamil tha. Mere liye shaadi aur commitment ek jaisa tha, maine yahi soch ke zindagi ke aath saal zaya kar diye ki thik ho jayega. Woh toh thik nahi hua lekin usne mera dimag kharab kar diya, kyunki mere saath aath saal guzaarne ke baad bhai ko khyaal aata hai ki shaadi toh apni khaandaan ki ladki se karni hai”
It was also reported that Saba Qamar was in a relationship with the Pakistani actor, Hamza Ali Abbasi in 2014. However, the two never confirmed or denied the rumours. Lastly, the Hindi Medium actress was all set to tie the knot with Azeem Khan, a blogger and entrepreneur in 2021. However, later it was called off after the latter was accused of sexual harassment by a woman.
