While it was not confirmed whether it was the photo couple's first child, the time-stamp on the photo, stating 'Today 3:30 p.m.' left people wondering whether the photo of the newborn was of Ileana's second baby. Along with the photo, Ileana penned an adorable note for her husband, to wish him on Father's Day. On her note, Ileana penned:

"Happy Father's Day to the best guy ever. Nothing can explain how it feels to see the man you love turn into the most amazing parent your child deserves.”

It was on the last day of 2024 when Ileana D'Cruz dropped a video on her IG handle, which featured glimpses of her from 12 months. Cut to the month of October, Ileana was seen flaunting a pregnancy kit, which had a positive result on the same. Ileana gave birth to her first child, Koa, in August 2023, and people started wondering if the actress was pregnant for the second time.

Later, during an AMA session, Ileana was asked about her parenting journey. The actress stated that she would make sure that her 'children' feel how much they are loved, as she had the worst experience with the fear of not being 'good enough'. While Ileana's revelation was heart-touching, the fact that she talked about 'children' rather than 'child' left people to believe that the buzz about her second pregnancy was actually true.
