Who is Lalit Modi's newfound love, Rima Bouri?

The moment Lalit shared photos with his newfound love, Rima, the post instantly went viral, and people wanted to know more about his girlfriend. Rima is an independent consultant who lives in Lebanon. She has a marketing background, and according to her LinkedIn account, she completed her A-Levels at Brillantmont International School in Lausanne, Switzerland, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Richmond.

Talking about her early education, Rima Bouri is a pass-out of Saint Teresa Convent in Surrey, UK. She speaks English, French and Portuguese, with elementary proficiency in Arabic. While Lalit follows Rima on Instagram, she has a private account with 725 followers. 

Lalit Modi revealed his friendship of 25 years turned into love

On February 14, 2025, Lalit Modi took to his Instagram handle and posted glimpses of his happy times with Rima. He announced his love for her on the occasion of Valentine's Day. He added that he got lucky twice, as his friendship of 25 years has turned into love. His note can be read as:

"Lucky Once – Yes. But I got lucky TWICE. When a 25 year friendship turns to LOVE. It happened twice. Hope it does for you all too. #happyvalentinesday to you all."

Let us inform you, his girlfriend, Rima reacted to his post by commented, "Love you more." In response, Lalit wrote, "Forever my love."

When Lalit Modi announced his relationship with Sushmita Sen

Talking about Sushmita and Lalit's rumoured relationship, the latter posted a couple of mushy pictures and announced his new beginnings with the actress. After this, media reports started circulating that they had tied the knot. However, Lalit cleared in his long note that he has not yet married Sushmita, but one day they will. 

Not only this, Lalit even followed Sushmita's posts and left some shocking comments. For instance, when Sushmita shared a beautiful video of her dive in the Mediterranean sea. In the video, we can see Sushmita donning a swimsuit and looking gorgeous as ever. She was also wearing diving glasses. Alongside it, Sushmita penned a small note on her experience of diving. However, it was her beau, Lalit Modi's comment, that left us in awe. He instantly commented:

"Looking hot in Sardinia."
