Jaideep Ahlawat And His Wife Purchase Rs. 10 Crore Premium Flat In Andheri, Mumbai

OTT star Jaideep Ahlawat and his wife, Jyoti Hooda, have recently got a premium flat in the Andheri West area of Mumbai for a whopping Rs. 10 crore. A report by the Free Press Journal stated that the property registration documents, which Square Yards reviewed, quoted the price, as mentioned on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) site. It was in May 2025 when the actor and his wife, Jyoti, finalised on the deal.

A flat in Mumbai's Andheri West area can cost one a fortune. Jaideep and Jyoti's home has a carpet area of around 1,950 sqft, around 181 sq metres, and a built-up area of around 2,341 sqft, around 217.47 sqft, as what the documents revealed. Jaideep's property is located in Poorna Apartments, which is a residential project in that particular area. As a part of the deal, the pair got four car parking spaces, and the registration transaction had a stamp duty of Rs. 60 lakh, where the actor had to pay registration charges amounting to Rs. 30,000.

Andheri West is one of the major real estate areas in Mumbai, providing a mix of commercial and residential properties. Andheri is also well connected via many arterial roads, such as the Western Express Highway, Link Road, as well as the SV Road. There is also the Versova Andheri area, which also gives commuters and residents a lot of comfort.
