Janhvi Kapoor, like the rest of us, is spending a lot of time with her family as she was unable to do so during her shooting days. And as she's enjoying her leisure time at home, she keeps treating her fans with throwback pictures and videos. Sometimes of her childhood and some times of her parents. Janhvi Kapoor is a doting daughter who feels immense proud in admiring her superstar parents, and her latest post is proof enough of the same.
Janhvi Kapoor took to her IG handle on August 11, 2020, and shared a lovely monochrome picture with her dad, Boney Kapoor. The picture sees Janhvi and her dad sitting together, while Boney had kissed his daughter's hands, she had looked at him lovingly. Janhvi also wrote a cute note for her father in the caption which can be read as "Me and Gunjan Mam have a couple of things in common; we love dessert, we have long arms, and we have the best fathers in the whole world. My biggest cutest cheerleader. Love u sorry for troubling u #tbt to chubbier, fun-er days."
Some time ago, we had stumbled across an age-old gem of memory of when Bollywood diva, Janhvi Kapoor was a teenager and had gone to visit the leaning tower of Pisa in Italy with her family. The picture had featured a bubbly, giggly teenage Janhvi, who was leaning against and hugging her father, Boney Kapoor by the side, while her little sister, Khushi Kapoor had held her. While Janhvi was looking fresh like a daisy in a light pink shirt teamed with an aqua blue trousers, Khushi had looked cute as a button in a printed dress. In an interview with the Filmfare, Janhvi Kapoor had opened up on becoming the lady of the house, after her mother, Sridevi’s demise and had said, “I don’t think I have become the lady of the house because I'm very childish. But during this lockdown, I'm understanding how much people at home depend on me a lot more. Because I haven't been home this much for the past 2 years. Now all of sudden I'm keeping track of what Papa is eating, or why Khushi is sleeping so long, and how they are going to get vegetables and if they are sanitizing everything properly or what the protocols are. I was thinking If I wasn't here I don't know what would have been happening. I think they would have managed. I think the responsibility has just dawned on me that they do depend on me a bit.”

When asked if she feels the pressure to match up to her mother’s stature, Janhvi had stated, “I think people need to accept that I’m a different person from my mother. There’s a section of society which has been able to do that with Dhadak, but there are people who couldn’t make that differentiation and they still look for Sridevi in me. Maybe after more of my work comes out, they’ll understand I’m a different type of actor and I’ll make different choices.” (Don't Miss: Dimpy Ganguly Shares A Cute Picture Of Her Baby Boy, Aryaan As He Turns 4-Month-Old On Janmashtami)
