Jeetu Shivhare, who plays the famous comic character in the show, recently got engaged to a Lucknow-based girl, Shweta Jaiswal, on July 7, 2016. The actor, who basically hails from Agra, was shooting for Babumoshai Bandookbaaz in Lucknow, when one of his co-actors introduced him to Shweta. The bride to-be is not from an acting background.

Jeetu recently called a press conference where he declared that he will be getting married soon for the fourth time. He later relieved everyone of the suspense when he jokingly stated that he has been married thrice in reel life, but it is his first time becoming a dulha in real life.
