Several reports about the ex-co-stars taking the plunge into marriage surfaced on social media. Earlier, there wasn't any buzz surrounding the couple being in a romantic relationship. However, Karan, reacting to the engagement buzz, said thanks for checking on him. He does not know where this came from, but it’s not true. Karan also thanked them for the free PR.

Jennifer Winget has not yet reacted to the rumours, but her marriage and relationship with her ex-husband, Karan Singh Grover, were widely discussed. Both of them met on the sets of Dill Mill Gayye and fell in love. Karan was earlier married to Shraddha Nigam, with whom he married in 2008. When rumours surfaced that Jennifer and Karan's marriage was in trouble, many speculated about Karan's growing closeness with Bipasha on the sets of the movie, Alone. There were reports doing the rounds that both had a strong friendship on the sets of the movie and were often seen going out for dinner together. Bipasha was also seen many times exiting movie theatres with Karan that only intensified rumours of their existing bond. Karan and Bipasha married in 2016, and in 2022, they were blessed with their first child. Karan also revealed that he knows himself due to his wife, Bipasha. He has transformed, and the change has been drastic. He was initially nocturnal, but now he is a person who wakes up at 5 a.m. and wants to see every sunrise and sunset.

Karan and Bipasha's journey into parenthood came with many challenges. This is because their daughter was born with two holes in the heart and had to undergo a heart surgery. The pair did face it together, but earlier in an interview with the Hindustan Times, he was asked to comment on his divorce. "There's nothing good about a breakup or a divorce. Yeah, later when people move on, they realize that it happened for the best. That's a good thing. But I never felt the need to speak to anyone about the crap that's happening in my life because I don't expect people to come and talk to me about the crap that's happening in their life. That is not my main motive. I would like to spread some love and joy. Everyone has their own s**t to deal with and I think everyone deserves that kind of privacy to handle their own s**t.”

Jennifer once sat down for an interview with Bollywood Bubble and revealed that she was ready to sacrifice her career for the sake of her married life. However, despite her efforts and also willingness to be a housewife, Jennifer and Karan's relationship fell apart. The Kahin Toh Hoga actress, shared:

"There were so many noises around me. There were so many voices in my head. Let’s not go there. That decision of mine everybody questioned- including my parents. And I just didn’t listen to them. So, I anyways wanted to become a housewife, right? At that point if I wasn’t getting any work, I was okay with it."

Jennifer further told the publication that neither she nor Karan was ready for marriage. She did reflect on her long-standing friendship with Karan and admitted that, unfortunately, they had broken up.

Jennifer did agree that she was determined to follow her heart and shared that even if God had advised her to not marry, she would not have listened as she felt marrying Karan back then was the right decision. Well, after Jennifer got divorced from Karan, she was also linked to Tanuj Virwani, her co-star from Code M. For the actress, back at home, she had taken five years to speak her heart out, talk about her pain after divorcing Karan. Her parents gave her the space and did not even invade her privacy.
