Kiara Advani Desired Her Daughter To Have These Qualities Of The Iconic Kareena Kapoor, '10 On 10'

Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra have left their fans excited with the greatest news of their lives, pregnancy. It was back in 2023, when Sidharth and Kiara got married, and two years later, they announced the 'good news' to the world. Kiara has earlier talked about her pregnancy wish while promoting her films. Well, once she also expressed her desire for her baby girl to adopt certain qualities of the iconic Kareena Kapoor.

While Kiara Advani was promoting her film, Good Newwz, she was asked by Bollywood Hungama if she would have twin babies, and whether she would like two baby boys or two baby girls or a baby boy or baby girl. To this, Kiara said that she would like to have two healthy babies either a boy or a girl. She was further asked if she would wish her daughter to have Kareena Kapoor's qualities. Kiara agreed and added that she would want her daughter to have three qualities of Kareena, which are her confidence, expression, and aura. Stating that Kareena is a 10 on 10, Kiara added:

"Her confidence, her expressions, her aura. All her qualities. She is a 10 on 10."

It was on February 28, 2025, when Kiara and Sidharth, in a collaborative post announced their pregnancy. The couple shared a photo of a pair of tiny footwear as they announced their pregnancy. Sharing the post, the couple revealed that their little magic is coming soon. As soon as the couple shared the news on their IG handle, their friends and family members congratulated the couple through cutesy comments. Well, hours later, she was papped out and about in the city.

For the day, the mom-to-be was dolled up in a crisp white-toned co-ord set consisting of a white shirt and shorts. In the clips that went viral, Kiara was seen looking the prettiest as her beauty was enhanced with the addition of a pregnancy glow. As she was spotted, the shutterbugs congratulated the actress by stating that they are soon going to be an uncle, and such a comment left the actress blushing beet-root red.

Sidharth Malhotra said that he only wanted to get married to have kids

Amid Sidharth and Kiara's pregnancy announcement, the actor's old statement about parenthood surfaced. In an interview with DNA, the actor said that he believes in the intuition of marriage having grown up in a middle-class household surrounded by joint families, along with acknowledging the fact that in modern times, relationships have changed significantly. In the same interview, he further added that he would want to get married to someone when he would want to have kids, or else it would be unfair to that baby to not give him/her a name. And else marriage is a technicality and it doesn't change the love for that person.
