Popular TV actress, Krissann Barretto, rose to fame with her hit show, Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan. She got married to Nathan Karamchandani back in 2023, and a while back announced her first pregnancy with him. The couple is expecting their first baby together after three years of marriage, and a while back took to their Instagram handles to announce their pregnancy. The actress revealed that she and her husband spent Valentine's Day together for the first time in the same country, and that it would be their last Valentine's Day as a couple. This is because their baby is on the way.

Krissann Barretto's friends from the industry, such as Niti Taylor, Kishwer Merchantt, Karan Jotwani, and Veebha Anand, who were her co-stars from Kaisi Yeh Yariaan, have dropped congratulatory messages for the parents-to-be. It was on February 15, 2026, when Krissann and Nathan posted a sweet video where they were seen holding a newspaper. The headline of the same read, "Breaking News: Baby is on the way!" The video then showcased Krissann and Nathan announcing that they were going to be parents. He was seen cradling Krissan's baby bump as she looked stunning in a black-hued, full-sleeve, body-hugging attire. The caption of the pregnancy announcement note read:

"1 + 1 = 3. Our first Valentine’s Day in the same country in almost four years and the last one we’ll ever spend as just two. Love crossed oceans to bring us home And now it beats beneath my heart. From long distance to forever, from husband and wife to baby daddy and baby mama Happy Valentine’s Day."

Nathan was seen planting a cute kiss on Krissan's forehead, and their fans celebrated the good news. A user on Instagram penned, "Yayy! Soo sooo sooo happy for your guys! Many, many, many congratulations." Another fan wrote, "What did I just wake up to?! Oh my God, I’m so happy, Krisu. A tiny heartbeat, a brand new chapter. Congratulations on your beautiful new beginning." A third fan wrote, "Many Congratulations, Krissann! Super happy for you. Take care! Much love. I know y'all're gonna be amazing parents, god bless you guys." A user even wrote, "That is probably going to be the 2nd most good-looking baby ever born, btw, just saying."

Krissann has been a part of shows such as- Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan, Pyar Tune Kya Kiya and Ace of Space 2. It was on April 22, 2023, that she and Nathan got engaged after a dreamy proposal after he asked the question of marriage. Krissann had also posted on her social media, the gorgeous pictures from her proposal and engagement ceremony and in her caption had written about wanting to spend the rest of her life with Nathan. The pair has never shied from sharing sweet, mushy moments together on her social media feed. Krissann and Nathan usually share their workout clips and both have a lot in common. Krissann reportedly was earlier dating Salman Zaidi, whom she had met on the sets of Ace of Space 2. However, their relationship was short-lived, and the actress has been best known for Yeh Hai Aashiqui, Sasural Simar Ka, and Laal Ishq.

Krissann earlier, in an interview with the Bombay Times, had revealed that Nathan has been her childhood friend’s cousin, and that’s how they got to know one another. Nathan initially was UK-based, then he went to the US. Both of them instantly hit it off, and they knew that they always wanted to be together.
