Loveyatri's Warina Hussain Changes Name, Being Guided By Spirit, After Cryptic Post On 'Naamkaran'

Warina Hussain, who grabbed the attention with her role by playing the lead alongside Aayush Sharma in the movie, Loveyatri, is back in the news. But this time, for a unique reason. The actress, who claims to be 'Alien' to social media fans, has now officially changed her name. Taking to her IG handle, she dropped a post to make the announcement. This announcement was followed by Warina's cryptic post on naamkaran, which she posted a few hours ago.

On August 6, 2025, Warina Hussain took to her IG handle and shared a cryptic story, wherein she stated that today her naamkaran will take place, and it's not even a joke. This left people confused about the reason behind it. Hours later, she posted a picture note, wherein she revealed that she changed her name from Warina Hussain to 'Hira Warina'.

Warina also disclosed the reason behind opting for a name change, which was due to numerological beliefs. In the picture note, Warina mentioned that changing her name doesn't mean the essence has changed, it's just that it's a new chapter, and it's more aligned than ever. She further thanked her well-wishers and close ones who have been by her side. The meaning of Warina is 'light' or 'radience', while Hira means 'diamond'.

Warina Hussain grabbed the attention with her role in Loveyatri, produced by Salman Khan. Although, the movie couldn't stand out, Warina's beauty has already captivated the audience. She is currently 26 years old, and she comes from a mixed background as her father is Iraqi and her mother is Afghan. Warina, before working in Bollywood, marked her presence in the glamour world through modelling. Her striking looks instantly made her stand out, and even though she reportedly isn't fluent in Hindi, her on-screen presence has left a mark, leading to her 2.2 million followers on Instagram. She is an international model, and she began in this field after completing her studies at the New York Film Academy.

With her debut in Loveyatri, Warina Hussain bagged immense fame. Although she wasn't seen in any mainstream films after that, she continued to be a part of several other projects.
