Mahira Sharma Opens Up On Dating Rumours With Cricketer, Mohammed Siraj, 'I Never Clear Things..'

Bigg Boss 13 contestant, Mahira Sharma has been rumoured to be in a relationship with Indian cricketer, Mohammed Siraj. The duo have hogged the limelight after being romantically involved. Mahira, who was earlier dating Bigg Boss 13 co-contestant, Paras Chhabra, once and for all cleared the air about her dating rumours circulating with the Indian right arm bowler. For the unversed, Mahira is best known for Naagin 3, Raradua Returns and Bigg Boss 13. Siraj, on the other side, has been a pro player in domestic cricket and plays for Gujarat Titans in the IPL.

It was in 2023 when there were rumours that Siraj and Mahira were dating after, in November 2024, he liked one of her Instagram pictures. Mahira further shared that she never gave importance to the speculations her fans made related to her rumoured dating life with Siraj. The Bigg Boss fame star, Mahira, has kept silent about her dating rumours for the longest time. Recently, in an interview with FilmyGyan, when Mahira was asked about fans being curious about her dating life with Siraj she said:

"I am not dating anyone. I never clear things. Chahe mere liye acha bol rahe ho bura bol rahe ho mei woh ensaan hu joh react hi nai karti. Kisi ka kuch nai hai. Fans can connect you with anyone. Toh we can't stop them. Jaise mei kaam bhi karti hu toh unke saath bhi hoh jata hai. They make edits and all."

When Mahira Sharma and Mohammed Siraj reportedly kept their relationship private

Mahira has responded to the dating rumours surrounding her life. However, there was a time when an insider close to the duo told Hindustan Times that the duo were keeping their relationship private. The report also claimed that the duo had been getting to know each other for a couple of months. Even Mahira's mom, Sania Mirza, in an interview with Times Now dismissed the rumours and said:

"What are you saying? People say anything. Now that my daughter is a celebrity, people will link her name with anyone, so should we believe them?"

Mahira's mom was shocked and called all the reports surrounding Mahira's dating rumours false. She asserted that because her daughter was a star, she was always associated with everyone.

Mahira Sharma's dating life

Mahira and Paras had met inside the Bigg Boss 13 house and fell head-over-heels in love with one another. Their bond grew from friends, best friends to lovers, but their relationship ended in 2023. Earlier, Paras in an interview with ETimes shared that he and Mahira used to fight but he never imagined that it would cause a breakup in their life. In his words:

"Aisi fights toh hamari hamesha hoti rahi hain, even when we were inside the Bigg Boss house. I never thought that it would lead to a breakup. I am equally puzzled and shocked by the news. I don’t know why Mahira unfollowed me or deleted our pictures from her social media account. I shifted to Mumbai on April 1 and Mahira shifted on March 15. Since then I have been pretty busy and unpacking my stuff and arranging things here. My mom too has come here to stay with me while Mahira is staying with her mom."
