Among the many questions, a section of fans asked Surbhi about her pregnancy journey and the difficulties she has been facing. In response, Surbhi shared that her pregnancy journey had been amazing and very overwhelming. However, in the first few months, she experienced nausea and tiredness. But currently, she is doing fine and is feeling super active. She was quoted as saying:

"It’s good, it’s amazing, it’s very overwhelming, and also very routine-y. But as you all must know, and I’m sure you do, every pregnancy is different. For me, my first few months were different. I used to experience mild nausea and felt tired and sleepy, but after that, everything went absolutely back to normal. I feel active, touchwood, and yeah, I’m super active right now. So far, so good."

Surbhi Jyoti calls her husband, Sumit Suri, a 'hands-on partner'

Recently, mom-to-be Surbhi sat for an interview with Hindustan Times. The Naagin 3 actress shared that both she and her husband are currently in a 'beautiful space'. She called her husband a 'hands-on partner. Surbhi mentioned how her family, including her mom and mother-in-law, have been the biggest support during her pregnancy journey. She added that her husband, Sumit, has been very caring and loving. She was quoted as saying:

"We are in a beautiful space currently. Sumit has always been a very hands-on partner anyway, but with my pregnancy, he has been more vigilant. Pregnant or not pregnant, he’s a very caring, very loving husband. Ever since we announced the news to our families, they have been all the more happy to welcome the little one. My mom and mother-in-law have been a great support in this journey. From sharing their own experiences to being there in each step I take."

Taking to her Instagram handle, Surbhi Jyoti announced her first pregnancy with her husband, Sumit Suri, on February 11, 2026. The Qubool Hai actress shared an adorable snap in which she and her husband's legs were shot with cute white-hued sneakers. Along with the wholesome picture, Surbhi shared a heartfelt note. In the note, she mentioned that their greatest adventure had begun. She also revealed her due date. The note shared by her can be read as:

"Our greatest adventure begins. Little Love arriving this June."

Surbhi and Sumit sparked dating rumours when they co-starred in the music video, Haanji: The Marriage Mantra. However, at the time, the couple dismissed the buzz. On May 30, 2024, the duo made their relationship Insta official. Later, on October 27, 2024, the couple had an intimate wedding at a luxurious resort in Jim Corbett. It was Sumit who proposed to his ladylove. Speaking to Brides Today, Surbhi shared that Sumit’s confession was genuine and bold. The actress mentioned that she could see love in his eyes and could sense his honesty in it.
