That's when Dhirubhai Ambani asked Nita if she would like to meet Mukesh. Following the same, Nita met Mukesh, and it was an instant connection. After three weeks of courtship, Mukesh popped the question to Nita by stopping his car at the signal of Mumbai's Pedder Road.
