In a new video for Women's Day, Nita Ambani addressed women and mentioned that they often put themselves last while managing family and work. At the same time, she highlighted how it became for women to focus on their well-being after the '50s and '60s. Sharing her approach to fitness, the diva said:
"I have the strong legs of a dancer. I have been practicing Bharatanatyam since I was 6 years old, but I like to mix it up, legs, upper body, and back. Each day focuses on a different part. I work out for 5 to 6 days, working on mobility, yoga, flexibility and core strengths that are a part of my daily routine."

Nita shared that when she is travelling or has nothing to do, she prefers to walk 5 or 7 thousand steps to ensure her commitment to fitness. Revealing her approach to diet and positivity, the philanthropist noted:
"I am a vegetarian, my food is more organic and nature based, it's very important to take protein, and I absolutely avoid sugar or sugar substitutes. When I exercise, I find peace. Nita Ambani added that fitness and wellness are about having energy and the stamina to play with her four grandchildren. She noted that if she can do it at the age of 61, then other women should also try to spare at least 30 minutes of their day four times a week. For this purpose, she urged women to join her 'StrongHERMovement' and take the initiative to prioritise themselves.
