Kajol is the queen of Bollywood, who, over the years, has mesmerised her fans with her versatile performances. The actress recently made her OTT debut with the show, The Trial-Love, Kanoon, Dhokha. The show, which was an adaptation of the American political drama, The Good Wife, also featured Pakistani actor, Alyy Khan and Bengali actor, Jisshu Sengupta in the lead roles.
For the show, Kajol even broke her no-kissing policy after 29 years as she shared a passionate kiss with Alyy Khan and Jisshu Sengupta. The actress had done only two on-screen kissing scenes in her career. The first was in her debut film, Bekhudi, while the next one was in the 1994-released film, Yeh Dillagi. After that, Kajol maintained a no-kissing policy, which she broke for her courtroom drama.

In a podcast with Pakistani YouTuber, Nadir Ali, actor, Alyy Khan talked about kissing Kajol on-screen. The handsome actor revealed that Kajol was his all-time favourite actress, and he had a huge crush on her. Talking about sharing the passionate lip-lock with Kajol, the handsome actor stated:
“Toh iss saal Kajol ke saath kaam karne ka mauka mila as her boyfriend, jismein kissing scene bhi tha. Ek french kiss tha, according to the scrip.”
In the same interaction, Alyy also revealed that he and Kajol discussed the shot, and the director opted to shoot the scene in a posh hotel with a close set consisting of only a few crew members present. Like mature actors, Alyy and Kajol rehearsed the shot 3-4 times to avoid retakes. Heaping praises on Kajol’s professionalism, Alyy stated:
“Ek paise ki sharmindagi, ya embarrassment, ya hichkichana, kuch nahin. Itne professional tareeke se woh shoot hua hai. Aur jab humne shoot kar liya kyunki 3-4 baar humne rehearse kiya kiss ka, itni perfect tareeke se shoot hua ki humne shot diya aur hum dono monitor pe aaye aur dono objectively dekh rahe hain.”
