Patralekhaa Makes First Appearance With Rajkummar Post Pregnancy Announcement, Baby Bump Barely Seen

Bollywood actor, Rajkummar Rao and his wife, Patralekhaa, are expecting their first baby in 2025. It was on July 9, 2025, that the couple made the pregnancy announcement by sharing a sweet poster note that had 'Baby On The Way' written. Now, the new parents-to-be made their first appearance together after making the announcement of expecting a little miracle in their lives. The couple looked stunning, and Patralekhaa's baby bump was barely visible, it hinted that she was maybe in her early trimester.

Patralekhaa and Rajkummar were spotted in the city. She had worn formal wear with a brown blazer, overcoat and a grey-hued shirt underneath. Rajkummar, on the other hand, wore a grey blazer, jeans, with a blue shirt. Patralekhaa was seen holding the hands of her husband, Rajkummar, and her baby bump was not at all visible. It seems like the actress is in the initial stage of her pregnancy. When the couple announced that they were expecting their first child, congratulations poured in from all quarters. Rajkummar and Patralekhaa received heartfelt wishes from their sea of fans who flooded the comments section of the pregnancy announcement post.

Rajkummar's wife, Patralekhaa's pregnancy rumours have been doing the rounds since some time now. It was in 2024 during an interview with the Galatta India that the actress addressed these rumours. Patralekhaa revealed that she was bloated, and everyone assumed that she was expecting her first child. The actress even shared that she just focused on posting pictures and not being affected by what is said in the comments section. In her words:

"How many times has it happened that I was having bloating, but people felt I was pregnant? There are days when you don’t feel your best, but people jump to conclusions. I post photos but don’t read the comments anymore. I’ve made peace with it."

When Rajkummar Rao revealed he wanted a beautiful bay girl like Shehnaaz Gill

Even Rajkummar Rao was once asked by Shehnaaz Gill on her YouTube channel about when he and Patralekhaa were expecting their first child. When he was asked by Shehnaaz if he was planning to make a baby, the actor shared that even his family members do not ask him this question. However, he shared that if the actor had a baby girl, it should be like Shehnaaz Gill. He said:

"If I have a baby girl, I want her to be like you—sweet, simple, sundar, and talented.”

Rajkummar, known for his versatile roles, will be seen in an angry, rugged look in his next film, Maalik. He will be playing the role of a gritty gunda, and the crime action drama movie has been directed by Pulkit. The movie will also have Manushi Chhillar, Saurabh Shukla, Prosenjit Chatterjee, and Anshuman Pushkar. Maalik is set to lock horns with Shanaya Kapoor's debut movie, Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan.
