The renowned South Indian actress who has served us impressive looks at the Cannes Film Festival 2025 opted for a golden-hued saree in her third lookthat has brought a desi elegance to the international stage. Her gorgeous look has gone viral on the internet and here's everything you must know about it.

Pranita Subhash turns heads in a golden saree at Cannes red carpet 

For her third look at the Cannes Film Festival 2025, Pranita Subhash wore a stunning pastel golden-beige saree with a mix of traditional Indian aesthetics and modern elegance. It seemed to be crafted from a sheer fabric with intricate embroidery of floral and circular motifs all over it. The dazzling saree from the racks of Tarun Tahiliani was embellished with sequins, beads, and some zari work. 

She paired it with a matching blouse and it had deep neckline, cap sleeves, and a similar embroidery all over it. Pranita kept her makeup soft with thin eyeliner, a dewy base, and nude lips. The actress kept her hair open in soft waves with minimal accessories as she stepped up the stairs at the Cannes red carpet and waved back at the photographers.

Before taking over the red carpet in a saree, Pranita served us with back-to-back stunning looks. For the first look at the prestigious film festival, the actress wore a soft pink Indo-western outfit with a pink lace bustier and flowy skirt. However, the highlight of the look was a stylish watch by Roberto Cavalli's Franck Muller. It featured a snake design and bracelet, which cost somewhere between Rs. 75,000 to Rs 1 lakh. For her second look, the diva wore a red voluminous gown by Shantanu and Nikhil. The dress's dramatic sleeves and deep neckline enhanced Pranita's look. 

Aditi Rao Hydari and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan flaunted Indian heritage in saree

Aditi Rao Hydari and Aishwarya have been regulars at the Cannes Film Festival, and both actresses won hearts with their saree and sindoor-clad look. Aditi wore a Sultanah red saree with a deep blue border by Raw Mango. She paired it with a multi-hued choker, earrings and rings. On the other hand, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan channelled her inner diva in a handwoven Kadwa Banarasi handlloom custom saree by Manish Malhotra. The ivory-hued saree featured brocade motifs and real silver zari. However, the real highlight of the look was the actress's heirloom high jewellery with over 500 carats of Mozambique rubies and uncut diamonds set in 18k gold.
