Punjabi singer, Rajvir Jawanda passed away on October 8, 2025, after being on life support for 11 days. The singer got into a tragic accident on September 27, 2025, which left him severely wounded. While Fortis Hospital gave him the best care possible, reports are now going rife that there was another hospital that had refused to treat Rajvir.
Rajvir Jawanda's demise has left millions of hearts shattered, but now reports are rife, leaving everyone shocked. According to a report by Punjab Kesari, the investigation into Rajvir's accident has revealed some shocking details, including that the singer's accident did not take place in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, but in Pinjore, Haryana.
The report further revealed another shocking revelation about the singer's accident. According to the investigation conducted by Lawyers for Human Rights International, it has been revealed that a private hospital refused to treat Rajvir Jawanda after the accident. The report stated that the singer was taken to Shourie Hospital, Pinjore. However, they did not provide first aid to the singer.
They further claimed that the singer was taken to Civil Hospital, Panchkula, from where he was transferred to Paras Hospital, Panchkula, and then to Fortis Hospital, Mohali. The organisation has now made allegations of negligence in treatment and has taken a strong stand on the singer's demise.
The organisation has decided to go to the High Court. The report by Punjab Kesari has further claimed that the Lawyers for Human Rights International has taken a strong stand in this matter. The organisation's General Secretary, Advocate Navkiran Singh, has visited the accident site in Pinjore and prepared a spot report. According to the report, they have now decided to take the matter to the High Court, in a matter of possible medical negligence in the treatment of Rajvir Jawanda, citing that this negligence may have been the reason for his death.

Along with this, the organisation will also address the problem of accidents caused by stray animals on the roads, the availability of medical facilities, and issues related to the duties of doctors on an appropriate platform. It is worth mentioning that a petition was also filed earlier in the Himachal Pradesh High Court, raising the issue of accidents caused by stray animals on the roads.
Rajvir Jawanda took his last breath on October 8, 2025, at 10:55 a.m. at Fortis Hospital Manali. The reports of his demise went viral within minutes, and when Neeru Bajwa confirmed it, fans broke into mourning at the loss of their beloved artist. While initially the reason behind his demise was not shared, the hospital soon issued a statement informing the fans that the singer passed away from multiple organ failure at the age of 35 after being admitted for 11 days.
