Ram Kapoor's massive weight loss transformation has left the internet shocked, and they are not being able to stop talking about the same. The actor has been hogging the limelight ever since he lost 55 kg and it has been a while now. There have been constant reports doing the rounds that Ram had used weight loss medicines such as Ozempic and Mounjaro. Now, he has made a fresh new statement related to whether he has used Ozempic and Mounjaro.

The rumours are not ending related to netizens speculating that Ram has used Ozempic and Mounjaro to lose weight. The Bade Achhe Lagte Hain actor sat down for an interview with the Republic World and clarified the truth for once and for all. He shared that if one has used the drug, what is the issue with the people? In his words:

"Agar lia hai toh esme negative kya hai? Bataye? Koi mujhe jawanb nai dera. Jisne bhi Ozempic lia hai, usme galti kya hai? Uss aadmi ne galat kya kia hai meko yeh samjha doh. Sab log chup hoh jate hai because eska koi answer hai nai. Literally, Ozempic, Monjaro joh bhi hai bahut saare, jisne bhi lia hai kya galat kia hai please tell me uss ensaan ne."

For the unversed, Ozempic is a medicine used to actually treat diabetes, but now it has become famous due to helping patients with their weight loss goals. Ram even told the publication not to take Ozempic; however, he was recommended to take Mounjaro, which came much later. He also requested people not to judge others for the way they lost weight. He revealed that everyone goes silent when asked what was wrong if one used Ozempic to drop weight.

Ram Kapoor reveals how his doctor told him to use Mounjaro, but he worked hard to lose weight

Ram further shared in the interview that he was advised to take up Mounjaro, but the actor focused on physical training to drop weight. He shared that with Vidya Balan, he was shooting for Neeyat in Scotland. Back then, he was 140 kg and was at his most unhealthy form. His sugar was out of control, and Ram used to take insulin literally three times a day. The actor shared:

"I was working overtime, no rest, and I was very unhealthy. My doctor said, 'Brother, if you are this unhealthy and you are working this much, you can have a diabetic stroke, you will have to slow down'. So I said, 'Brother, I can’t, I have two more projects to finish. After six to eight months, maybe I can take a break.'  He said, 'No, then you are in very big danger, you have to start something extreme to get yourself in control.'”

Ram then shared how someone had told him about Ozempic as everyone was trying the same, and also shared how his doctor told him to try Mounjaro. Ram shared that his doctor told him to take the same for three to four months, as his health was at risk. The actor shared that initially he thought of listening to his doctor, but then had a shoulder accident due to which he had to undergo surgery. Ram then started weight training and focused on bodybuilding.
