Even though Ratan Tata is no longer among us, millions of people still adore the renowned philanthropist and billionaire. Tata left behind a legacy of kindness and charity. He was well-known for his commercial savvy as well as his philanthropy and kindness. Millions of lives, both in India and around the world, have been touched by his efforts in the healthcare and education sectors. Bollywood actor, Shah Rukh Khan has previously expressed his admiration for Ratan Tata and counts himself among his fans.

In a previous interview with Forbes India, the Jawan actor said he looked up to respected figures like Ratan Tata and Azim Premji because of their beliefs and dedication, which helped them succeed. In his reflections on corporate titans, SRK was particularly moved by Ratan Tata’s enthusiasm for his projects, especially the Nano automobile, which was developed with a very specific social purpose.
Shah Rukh Khan admired how Tata’s vision extended beyond profit, aiming to make a tangible difference in the lives of ordinary people. SRK said:
"The reason Nano was brought out was with a very good thought. Will it work, will it not work? I don’t know. But the reason it was created for was very clear."
The actor also mentioned that for great leaders like Tata and Premji, business is personal and driven by more than just profits. They prioritize values and ethics, believing that true success lies in creating positive impact and fostering a sense of community.

SRK further shared that he prays to God never to become a businessman, as what truly excites him is creating those special moments in front of the camera, emphasising that he has always wanted to be an actor more than a businessman.
Even though the actor stated that he doesn’t see himself as a businessman, SRK underlined that Ratan Tata and Azim Premji approach company with a more human perspective rather than just concentrating on money. In his words:
"I pray to God that I never become a businessman. What turns me on is creating moments in front of the camera."
The PM, Narendra Modi described Ratan Tata as a visionary business leader and compassionate human being, noting his stable leadership of one of India's oldest business houses. He highlighted that Tata's contributions extended beyond the boardroom, emphasising his humility, kindness, and dedication to improving society.
