Ray J To File RICO Case Against Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner? All About RICO And P Diddy Connection

Ray J, born as William Ray Norwood Jr., is a musician; however, he is better known for his infamous s*x tape with Kim Kardashian, which actually led to the domino effect of the Kardashians becoming a household name and a multi-billionaire family. Ray J and Kim dated for a few years, starting in 2003. However, after years, Ray J has made some shocking claims against his ex, Kim Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner. 

Ray J claims that he is helping the Fedebral Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to build a RICO case against the mother and daughter duo. He also stated that it is going to be worse than P. Diddy, a.k.a. Sean Combs' case. Here's everything to know about his claims and the meaning of RICO. 

Ray J said that the FBI is coming for Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner in violation of RICO 

In a livestream with Chrisean Rock, Ray J dropped a bomb when he claimed that he is helping the Feds to build up a RICO case against Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner. He also stated that anyone who knows Kim should tell her that the 'Feds are coming' and also said that it's 'worse than Diddy'. Ray J said:

“The federal RICO I’m about to drop on Kris and Kim is about to be crazy. I’m talking about, I’m on the news every day. I’mma say a lot of sh*t. Anybody that is cool with Kim, they need to tell her now, the feds is coming. There’s nothing I can do about it, it’s worse than Diddy."

What is a RICO case? Meaning explained 

RICO stands for Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organisations. This case involves federal charges against individuals or groups of people who are embroiled in a pattern of racketeering activity in connection with an organisation. A person or group can be charged with a RICO case if they engage in at least two separate crimes from a list of 35 crimes within a ten-year span. This was initially implemented to target the Mafia and organised crime. However, the ambit of the law now also covers fraud, money laundering, or any crime committed for the benefit of an organisation. 

What is the connection between the RICO case and P. Diddy? 

Infamous rapper and records producer, Sean Combs also known as Puff 'P.' Diddy, has been charged with many crimes. From human trafficking, sexual misconduct, physical abuse and more. He has also been charged with a RICO case. Interestingly, more than the other charges, P. Diddy's lawyers vehemently opposed the racketeering accusations, as per ABC News. It is also worth noting that a person found guilty of racketeering can serve up to twenty years in prison for each crime. Additionally, there are also monetary fines and forfeiture of assets acquired through illegal activities. 

Ray J has recently claimed that the RICO case against the Kardashian mother and daughter is worse than Diddy. However, this isn't the first time Ray J has linked Kim Kardashian's name with racketeering. In the documentary, United States V. Sean Combs: Inside the Diddy Trial, he had subtly levied accusations at the Kardashians and said:

“If you told me that the Kardashians were being charged for racketeering, I might believe it."
