For the unversed, Kelsey’s mystery boyfriend spends the first part of a year with his other girlfriend in Miami. The duo maintains an unconventional relationship. She added what are the facilities available in the house. She was quoted as saying:

"Six months out of the year, my boyfriend is in Miami, so I have this 16,000 square foot home all to myself. At our house, there's a full live-in cleaning lady literally there, living with us, at our beck and call. Dishes, laundry, I'm not meant for that life."

When the host, Andy Cohen, asked Kelsey how her secret boyfriend feels about her joining the show, she said that he was very supportive. She was quoted as saying:

"He’s the biggest Housewives fan, by the way. He’s a reality TV junkie. Hardcore. He knows every season. He knows what season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Erika Jayne’s husband went to jail. He knows everything, and he loves it. He was very supportive."

"One of them got married in September 2024, and I did her makeup for her wedding. We are totally fine. As they got older and I got older, it just grew normal, and they didn’t care."
