While rumours and reports about his marriage kept making headlines for quite some time, he has always dismissed them. In many of his interviews, Salman also admitted that he has already surpassed the age of getting married, breaking the hearts of many of his fans. But now, we got to know a cute incident when the iconic hero proposed marriage to Sanjay Leela Bhansali's niece but she immediately turned him down.
In a recent interview with ETimes, Sharmin Segal recalled the first time when she met Salman Khan on the set of his film, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. At that time, Sharmin was just two-three years old. Thus, talking about that day, the film's director, Sanjay Leela Bhansali's niece, Sharmin reminisced about the beautiful moment and shared that Salman had then asked her to marry him, but she immediately declined.
