Sara Ali Khan is one of the most-talked about actresses of her generation. Be it her hatke andaaz, humorous behaviour or just her unfiltered personality, she has been winning hearts all the time. Apart from her acting mettle, Sara is also known to be a frequent traveller and often hits onto impromptu vacations to the religious places. The same happened recently, as Sara made her trip to the Amarnath. Pictures and videos of the same have been made viral on social media, where the actress can be seen trekking all the way to the holy shrine.
Sara Ali Khan is currently channelling her love for travel as she is headed to visit the shrine of Amarnath in Uttarakhand. Taking to her IG handle, she has even dropped a glimpse of her day out, as she was seen trekking merrily along with the other devotees. Sara, who is known to have a special reverence for Lord Shiva, previously visited other religious spots dedicated to the particular deity, like Kedarnath in Uttarakhand and Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain.

While such visits of Sara to the various holy shrines have gained a lot of appreciation from many of her fans, it has also equally upsetted a considerable section of people. Well, they disapprove Sara from visiting all these shrines since she belongs from a different faith, as a result of which the actress faces a lot of backlash, nasty and rude comments. However, speaking about the same in a recent interview with ETimes, Sara mentioned handling all these things in her life just by gracefully ignoring it all. In her words:
“I hear everything, but listen to only what’s constructive, if people don’t like my work that’s a problem. So any inputs regarding my work I listen to, but comments made on my personal life and beliefs are always ignored by me.”
Back on May 13, 2023, Sara had shared a special video as she revisited the actual shooting spots of her debut Bollywood film, Kedarnath. Taking her fans through the video, Sara gave a brief explanation of each of the places where she shot the film. Moreover, she could also be spotted taking part in a bit of trekking, as well as enjoying a hot bowl of pahadi Maggi. However, her video instantly reminded the fans of her film’s co-star, late Sushant Singh Rajput, and they turned nostalgic.

They are the strong pillars in her life, and undoubtedly, they mean a lot to her. In one of her earlier interviews with a jewellery brand, Sara had spoken about the importance of her mother and brother’s feedback for her films and revealed that she only feels mentally successful about her work when it gets approved by them.
