Sara Ali Khan's Unseen Pictures With Kartik Aaryan From Their Dating Time Goes Viral, Netizens React

Sara Ali Khan made a striking mark in Bollywood with her character of 'Manku' in the 2018 film, Kedarnath. She was one of the most loved celebrity kids, courtesy of her honest interviews and speaking her heart out. Meanwhile, during that time, Sara Ali Khan was being shipped with Kartik Aaryan after she expressed her liking for him in Karan Johar's talk show, Koffee With Karan.

Within a few months, Kartik and Sara started dating and enjoyed their time while shooting for Imtiaz Ali's film, Love Aaj Kal. They were inseparable and often seen together on birthdays and vacations. However, they broke up in 2020, and it was a tough time for Sara. Recently, a Reddit user shared a couple of unseen photos of Sara and Kartik from their dating days during Love Aaj Kal's shooting.

In one of the photos, we could see Sara and Kartik lost in each other's embrace, and it was a cute moment shared by the ex-couple. Let us remind you that Sara and Kartik never addressed the reason behind their breakup, and tried to remain cordial with each other.

As soon as the post was uploaded, netizens expressed their point of view on Kartik and Sara's mushy photos. One user took a dig at the ex-couple's acting skills and shared that they were not acting in these photos. The comment can be read as, "Whatever we are seeing in these pics is real because both can't act."

Another commented, "As much as people love to hate everything here, I have to say they genuinely look cute together." One of the netizens wrote, "Whatever they were... does not matter. But the way he looks at her."

Sara Ali Khan and Kartik Aaryan shared a beautiful past together, and they continue to ensure that they keep the bond alive. However, when Sara Ali Khan discussed their relationship on Karan Johar's chat show, Koffee With Karan 8, Kartik was left upset. After this, he expressed how a person should 'respect the relationship they had once' without directly naming anyone.

It all happened when Karan Johar asked Sara whether 'being friends with her ex was easy'. Sara clearly stated, "It isn’t always easy." She even went on to say that when she is involved with someone professionally or romantically, she is totally invested, and it does affect you. However, in the end, you have to rise above that. 

Reacting to the same, Kartik shared his opinion with Anupama Chopra of Film Companion. He felt that a relationship involves two people and they should not talk about the same. He added that people, after parting ways, should respect the relationship they shared. He was quoted as saying:

"Ek cheez mujhe lagti hai – relationship agar do logo ki hai toh dusre insaan ko bhi woh baatein nehi karni chahiye. Hum sab ko apni relationship ki respect karni chahiye."
