Shah Rukh Khan And Kajol Dance On 'Ladki Badi Anjani Hai' At 70th Filmfare Awards, Internet Reacts

Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol are one of the most loved on-screen pairs, who are known for their strong friendship and sizzling chemistry in films like DDLJ, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, My Name Is Khan, Dilwale and more. Most recently, at the 70th Filmfare Awards 2025, the duo left all their fans emotional and nostalgic, as they recreated the iconic moment and danced on the song, Ladki Badi Anjaani Hai, after 27 years of its original release.

On October 11, 2025, the 70th Filmfare Awards took place in Ahmedabad and a lot of deserving actors like Lakshay, Abhishek Bachchan, Rajkummar Rao, Nitanshi Goel and more bagged awards. But what captured the hearts of the audience was when the OG romantic jodi, SRK and Kajol danced on their 27 year old song, Ladki Badi Anjani Hai. Along with this, the couple also danced on the song, Tujhe Dekha Toh Ye.

Another highlight of the beautiful moment was that the duo was twinning in black. Shah Rukh Khan was in a classic black tuxedo, while Kajol looked absolutely graceful in a black saree. After doing the iconic hook step of the song, the duo gave each other a hug. The moment became even sweeter and special, when the director of the film, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Karan Johar joined SRK and Kajol for a group hug.

The video of the two dancing on their memorable romantic songs was first shared by the official Instagram page of Filmfare but within minutes, the clip spread all over different social media platforms. Several fans reshared the video and expressed their thoughts on it. While some users got emotional as the video took them back in time, other users appreciated the grace of SRK and Kajol. 

One fan commented, "They fixed broken hearts of soo many 90s kid today." Another fan wrote, "Wildcard entry of Karan Johar clearly shows the love btw Karan Johar, Srk, Kajol." A third user penned, "Our whole Childhood in one clip." One fan on X (formerly Twitter) commented, "The chemistry between Kajol & Shah Rukh Khan isn’t just acting — it’s pure magic that defined an era." Another user penned, "Their chemistry never faded even after ages. It’s timeless and still as magical as ever!"

Their unmatched chemistry in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham made young fans think that they were a married couple.
