'Bigg Boss' Fame, Shefali Jariwala's Mother Spotted In Tears At The Hospital In An Emotional Clip

Shefali Jariwala, who was most commonly known as the 'Kaanta laga girl', recently died on June 27, 2025, at the age of 42. Her death left everyone including the industry and fans in deep shock. The entertainment industry is yet to recover from the shock and grief that Shefali Jariwala's death has given. But nothing comes close to what her mother might be feeling after losing her daughter. Her mother was recently spotted crying and looked completely heartbroken.

Recently, Telly Masala posted a video on their Instagram handle, in which Shefali’s mother was spotted crying at the hospital. She was overwhelmed by sorrow and grief and was seen crying uncontrollably in the corridor. The emotional and heartbreaking video moved people across social media platforms. The clip showed her mother with red eyes, shaking shoulders and gently supported by a family member. Telly Masala captioned the clip:

“It’s completely heartbreaking to see her like this.”

Family mourns on Shefali Jariwala’s death

Shefali's death left her entire family shattered. Her husband and actor, Parag Tyagi was beside her during her final moments in the Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital in Mumbai. Unfortunately, doctors declared her dead due to a sudden cardiac arrest. Earlier, Shefali's husband, Parag, who had been with her for over a decade, was seen heartbroken in a paparazzi moment and requested to respect their privacy with folded hands and now her mother has been spotted all shattered. The couple had been admired by fans since the time they appeared on the reality show, Nach Baliye. The uncontrollable grief on her mother and husband has left an impact on fans and colleagues.

Bigg Boss fame, Shefali Jariwala passed away at the age of 42 on June 27, 2025, in Mumbai. According to reports, she suffered a cardiac arrest late at night between June 27 and June 28, 2025. She was immediately rushed to Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital but the doctors informed she was dead on arrival. For a thorough investigation, her body was sent for post-mortem. A forensic team searched her residence and questioned her cook and domestic help to rule out any kind of foul play. A sudden cardiac arrest seems suspicious to the family because she had no heart issues. The investigation is in process, with the fans, media and family members waiting for the final autopsy report.

Shefali Jariwala found love again in actor, Parag Tyagi, after her first failed marriage with Harmeet Singh. Shefali and Parag met at a mutual friend's party, started dating and in 2014 tied the knot. Parag is known for his strong acting performances in shows like Pavitra Rishta, Jodha Akbar, Brahmarakshas and many more. He has always been beside Shefali, supporting her through health issues and mental health challenges. Publically, Parag has even spoken about her and said that she is the kind of woman any man would want as a wife. The couple had even participated in the reality show, Nach Baliye 5 and Nach Baliye 7. The couple had been married for 11 years but did not have any children.
