Wedding season is truly in full swing, as we gorgeous brides and grooms blissfully begin their forever journey in gorgeous ceremonies every other day. The latest couple to jump on the 'We're Getting Hitched' bandwagon are Pakistani actor, Sheheryar Munawar and actress, Maheen Siddiqui. And their intimate dholki event was nothing short of spectacular. Heartfelt moments with a star-studded guestlist in a venue decked to the nines promise a celebration filled to the brim with love and joy.
Sheheryar Munawar and Maheen Siddiqui's dholki outfits complemented and balanced each other, symbolising that they truly were a perfect match. The to-be groom donned a traditional dark brown kurta featuring rich embroidery and paired it with a white shalwar. Sheheryar draped a radiant brown and gold-toned shawl over his shoulder, adding an air of regal sophistication to his ensemble. He completed the look with gold-hued khussa juttis. With his perfectly groomed beard and hair, Sheheryar looked every bit a prince charming.
Maheen complemented Sheheryar's more subdued look in a vibrant outfit that left jaws dropped. The actress looked drop-dead gorgeous in a yellow-toned kurta and palazzo set complemented by a bright pink-hued dupatta draped over her shoulder. The mesmerising contrast was elevated a notch by the stunning embroidery and embellishments along her kurta and dupatta.
Maheen's simple accessories added a touch of elegance to her vibrant ensemble without overdoing it. She opted for statement earrings, maroon-toned bangles, and a similarly-hued bajuband. She also wore marigold wristlets, which were symbolic of the wedding rituals. Maheen's long locks were done up in a simple braid with a few strands towards the front left out. However, the couple's best accessories had to be their gorgeous smiles as they began their journey of a lifetime.
The beginning of Sheheryar Munawar and Maheen Siddiqui's forever journey was made even more memorable by the presence of their family as well as their dear friends and some of Pakistan's most beloved stars. Sheheryar Munawar and Maheen Siddiqui had always been a fan-favourite couple, with many hoping the couple's on-screen chemistry had carried off-screen as well. Well, after months of keeping fans guessing, the couple finally confirmed their relationship in August 2024. Maheen posted a picture of Sheheryar on his birthday with a red heart and partying face emoji. The birthday boy then reposted her story and added a note that caught everyone's eyes as he wrote, "Thank you my jaan" on it.
