The actor discussed his experience with the team of Baby John and his experience as a first-time father. The actor even shared insights from the emotional changes he has gone through since becoming a father, and also gave us some details about his relationships with his wife, Natasha Dalal. Varun was recently seen reminiscing about his time with the Bhaijaan of B-Town, Salman Khan.
Varun Dhawan recently sat for a conversation with Pinkvilla Masterclass ahead of the release of Baby John. Where he was heard sharing about his wonderful bond with Salman Khan. During the conversation, Varun was asked if there were any memories of Salman Khan he would like to share from when the former was a kid. Responding to that, Varun said:
"I am still a kid near him. I will always be a kid, and I always want to be near him. He has such a large heart. And it's not like this, only since he knew me as a kid. He is like that with any kid."
Varun continued and shared an instance when Salman, and he used to dine together when the former was a kid. He revealed that Salman used to love his mother, Karuna Dhawan's paneer, so Salman would take his roti to eat it. Varun added that he was not used to someone older than him acting so mischievously with someone who was eight or nine at the time. He stated:
"When I think about our interactions, I get transported to the time when he used to come home, and we used to sit at the dining table. He would rob my roti because he likes my mom's paneer. When he used to have paneer, he would take away my roti. I was not used to someone older than me doing this. At that age, I was so naughty with a child who was eight or nine. And he is still like that. He is so playful."
In the same conversation, Varun Dhawan was asked if he was to work in a two-hero film with Salman Khan and which genre he would pick. Varun responded and said that it would never be a two-hero film, as there would be only one hero, Salman Khan, and then there would be him. He further added that he would hope that if there was an opportunity it would be an action-comedy. He elaborated and said:
"It would never be a two-hero film. There would be one hero - Salman Khan, and then I would be there. But, it would hopefully be an action-comedy. I would actually love to do a comedy with him. The action can come incidentally, but I would love to do comedy with him because I love comedy. I don't know how to be serious with him."
