Veer Hanuman Actor, Veer Sharma And His Brother's Tragic Death, Parents Donated Both Children's Eyes

In one of the most tragic events, child actor, Veer Sharma and his elder brother, Shaurya Sharma, bid adieu to the world at the mere age of 10. The child actor, who is popular for his role in Veer Hanuman, passed away after a fire broke out in his apartment. The sudden demise of Veer and Shaurya came as a shock to the actor’s fans and their family.

According to a report in IANS, both Veer, 10 and Shaurya, 15, were sleeping in their room when a fire broke out in their home at the Deep Shree multi-storey building in Kota's Anantpura area of Rajasthan. Their apartment was on the fourth floor, and the fire broke out in the living room. Though the fire did not spread to other rooms, the kids were suffocated by the thick smoke.

When the neighbours saw the smoke coming out of the house, they rushed and broke down the door. When the boys were rushed to the hospital, they were declared dead. It was one of the most shocking news for everyone.

Where were Veer Sharma and Shaurya Sharma’s parents when the fire broke out?

The report in IANS stated that Veer and Shaurya’s mother, Rita Sharma, is also an actress and was in Mumbai when the tragedy struck at her home. On the other hand, their father, Jitendra Sharma, was attending a bhajan.

How did the fire break out at Veer Sharma’s home?

The suspected reason for the fire is a short circuit. As per SP Tejeshwani Goutam, a short circuit led to the fire, which broke out in the drawing room, burning it down. An FIR has also been registered under Section 194 of the BNSS Act, and the investigation is underway. As per the SP:

“The drawing room was completely gutted, while other areas of the flat also bore burn marks.”

Who was Veer Sharma?

Veer is best known for his roles in the shows, Shrimad Ramayan and Veer Hanuman. He had gained recognition for playing young 'Lakshman' in the mythological serial, Veer Hanuman. He was all set to make his film debut with actor, Jaideep Ahlawat. Veer’s elder brother, Shaurya, was preparing for the IIT entrance examination.

Veer and Shaurya’s mother is also an actress, known for her roles in web series and films such as Crash Course, Crimes and Confessions, and Chahatein. Their father, Jitendra Sharma, is a faculty member at a private coaching institute.

The mortal remains of Veer and Shaurya were handed over to the family, who are inconsolable. The family has reportedly announced that they will donate both their children’s eyes. It is one of the most shocking accidents, and Veer’s parents and fans are not able to come to terms with the loss.
