Born Danielle Bregoli, the once viral “Cash me outside, how ’bout that?” girl from The Dr. Phil Show, first shared her cancer diagnosis in November 2024 after followers and trolls noted her significant weight loss. While the rapper has kept the details about her diagnosis private at the moment, her recent update has left the internet concerned. 

While her followers are worried about her health, Bregoli has shared that she has been undergoing treatment and is leaning on faith, saying, "God has the last say so, not my cancer." To mention, the rapper is also a mother, and if her relationship history is any indication, her dynamic with her baby daddy, Le Vaughn, has not been the best.

Bhad Bhabie's dating past has been anything but peaceful. From allegedly having multiple intimate partners while she was underage to finally settling with Le Vaughn, her love life has been quite messy. While they kept much of their relationship private, Bregoli often shared moments with Vaughn on her Instagram Stories, including the time they got each other's faces tattooed on their bodies. The rapper got Le Vaughn's name tattooed on her chest in red ink and also got his birthday date numbers inked as '1111'. Meanwhile, he got Bhad Bhabie's real name, Danielle Marie, tattooed on his neck. 

After dating for around three years, in 2023, the rapper revealed that she was expecting her first baby with Vaughn. Later, in March 2024, the couple welcomed a baby girl, whom they named Kali Love. In a February 2024 interview with Paper magazine, the rapper spoke about motherhood:

“I feel very ready to be a mom. I’m so excited to do all of the little ‘mom and daughter’ things together. I can’t wait to dress her up, take her shopping, spend 1-on-1 time and travel all over. Just the simple things.”

Le Vaughn shares Danielle's passion for music and often showcases his bold fashion sense on social media. He appears to prefer athletic wear and has a particular interest in high-end brands like Balenciaga, based on his occasional glimpses of shopping dates with Bhad Bhabie. The 27-year-old musician reportedly also has a son from a previous relationship. After Kali was born, both parents got her name inked on their bodies.

In early February 2024, the couple celebrated their baby's name reveal in a lavish, Valentine’s Day-themed baby shower. When Bhad Bhabie and Le Vaughn spoke about building a family together with baby Kali, the pair appeared excited, with the rapper once mentioning that she was looking forward to starting "my own little family and make new memories together." However, their journey since has been anything but smooth.

When Bhad Bhabie and Le Vaughn's relationship turned abusive

In 2024, Bhad Bhabie publicly accused Le Vaughn of physical abuse, sharing photos and videos that she said showed evidence of the alleged mistreatment. At the time, she announced that she had ended their relationship. However, the two were later seen together again, fueling speculation that their romance was on-and-off.

One particularly viral video showed Bhad Bhabie clinging to the hood of Le Vaughn’s SUV. She appeared visibly distressed, crying and screaming, before someone pushed her off the vehicle. Around the same period, she posted multiple videos claiming they had finally broken up for good. In her statements, the rapper alleged that Le Vaughn had physically assaulted her numerous times. She also claimed that the abuse led to a miscarriage and said he showed no remorse while she was bleeding.

Is Le Vaughn supporting Bhad Bhabie through her cancer journey?

As far as her latest update goes, Bhad Bhabie has not mentioned Le Vaughn, nor has she confirmed whether he is actively supporting her during treatment. After the highly publicised abuse drama, the couple was known to have parted ways, and they have maintained a lower public profile in recent months. Neither has directly addressed their current relationship status following her “bad news” post. While they share a daughter and a complicated history, it remains unclear whether Le Vaughn is standing beside her during this battle.

While the details remained vague, Bhad Bhabie revealed in January 2025 that she had blood cancer. She explained that her illness leads to an elevated white blood cell count but does not greatly impact her physical strength. Some reports and online discussions suggest the condition may be chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). After receiving the diagnosis, Bhad Bhabie experienced intense fear and disbelief, saying it forced her to confront her mental health in unexpected ways.
