Zayed Khan Reacts To Sister, Sussanne's Cordial Bond With Ex-Husband, Hrithik, 'I Don't Care What..'

Zayed Khan was a prominent face in Bollywood during the early 2000s where he gave hits like Main Hoon Naa, Dus, Blue and more. He has been away from the limelight for quite some time now. Although he may have stepped away from films, he has always been invested in his family. For those unaware, Zayed is the son of veteran actor, Sanjay Khan and brother of Sussanne Khan, Farah Khan Ali and Simone Arora. In a recent interview, the actor opened up about his personal life, career and, more importantly, his unshakeable bond with his sisters.

Zayed Khan supported his sisters, Sussanne and Farah, through their divorce 

Zayed Khan sat down for an interview with Siddharth Kannan and opened up about his sisters, Sussanne Khan's separation from Hrithik Roshan and Farah Khan's divorce from DJ Aqeel. Zayed explained that he has always supported his sisters and was there whenever they needed him. He explained that they come from a conservative family, but one which holds a modern outlook. The actor explained that everything shouldn't be black and white; rather, they prioritise happiness. Zayed explained:

"You want to give it a shot? Give it a shot. Doesn't it work out? Okay. Is this where you want to go? We are with you. My parents have always been that kind; they just look in your eyes and say, 'This is what you want? You know the realities. If you have it in your eyes, sincerely, 'Yes, this is what I want'. Done. We are with you."

Zayed Khan mentioned that he shares a deeper emotional bond with his sisters. He explained that he doesn't need to call up his sisters to ask if things are right because he feels it beforehand. Also, the brother-sisters are honest with each other, and his sisters even told him once that he hasn't even given 20% of his efforts to his career. 

Zayed's sister, Sussanne and Hrithik Roshan's divorce was finalised in 2014, but they continue to share a cordial bond and co-parent their sons, Hrehaan and Hridaan. Even his other sister, Farah, is on good terms with DJ Aqeel. Sharing the reason for it, he explained:

"You married your soulmate. Okay. And things went on. Water went under the bridge. Your soulmate is still there. I don't know about everybody else. But for us, we are highly evolved in understanding such situations. And quite honestly, I don't care what anybody else thinks. We are happy that everybody is happy."

Zayed Khan opens up about Sussanne Khan's current relationship with Arslan Goni

Sussanne Khan began dating Arslan Goni long after her divorce from Hrithik. Despite that, even her ex-husband shares a cordial bond with Arslan, and so does Sussanne's family. When Zayed was about his opinion, he mentioned that Arslan is younger than him, but an admirable person who is full of life and always in a joyous mood.
