2. Mukesh Ambani bought a mansion for his son, Anant

Mukesh Ambani, the chairman of Reliance Industries, owns an impressive property in Dubai. In 2022, Mukesh Ambani bought a beach villa located in the northern side of Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah. Spread over a massive 3,000 sq ft, this villa has 10 bedrooms, an indoor and outdoor pool, private spa, private salon, a 70-meter private beach and the interiors in Italian marble. The cost of this villa was approximately Rs. 640 crores, making it Dubai’s biggest ever residential property deal at that time. This jaw-dropping beachfront villa in Dubai was Nita’s and Mukesh Ambani’s gift to their youngest son, Anant and his wife, Radhika, ahead of their wedding.

3. Shah Rukh Khan owns a Jannat with a private beach

The villa is built in classic Greek style with white exterior adorned with circular columns and a prominent horse sculpture at the entrance. After Sania’s divorce with Shoaib Malik, this villa underwent a couple of changes like replacing Shoaib’s name with Izhaan, her son’s name.
