Improper sleeping habits
On a daily routine, about 6-7 hours of sleep is enough for a woman to revive her energy. However, this trend is not good when you are pregnant. As your body goes through major changes and hormonal modifications, you need 9-10 hours’ sleep. Dr. Kathryn Lee, PhD and a professor of nursing at the University of California at San Francisco, explains, "Women with a chronic sleep debt may not have the energy to get through labour and delivery.” Therefore, they may have to go for a C-section. So, a woman who sleeps well has an early delivery during labour.
